The registered Admin/Samiti is solely responsible for collecting, managing, and utilizing donations. You are required to comply with all local laws, including but not limited to Income Tax, 80G/12A registrations. Sansthit holds zero liability for tax audits or fund mismanagement.

3. Indemnification & Authenticity
